You’re still pulling it all together yourself.
The numbers are in a spreadsheet, but the explanation still needs writing. The competitor news is scattered across open tabs. A deadline has moved, and you’re piecing together what that means. Your inbox is full of documents to file and replies to prepare.
You know how to do the work. It keeps taking time from everything else you’re responsible for.
Imagine having agents that pick up those recurring processes and bring you the dashboard, briefing, project update, or draft response.
That’s what you’ll learn to build.
Four agents you’ll build. Then one for your own work.
Start with complete guided builds, see the results, and learn how to adapt the patterns to your role.
See performance in real time. Know where to focus next.
Build a real-time performance dashboard with a compatible live data connection, supported by an agent that compares results with your goals, prepares the briefing, and flags changes worth investigating.
Real-time views depend on the data connection and dashboard setup. Spreadsheet uploads and periodic exports reflect the latest data after refresh.
What would you want on your dashboard?
- MarketingCampaign registrations, conversion rates, spending, and which channels deliver results.
- SalesDeals moving through the pipeline, stalled opportunities, and progress toward your target.
- RecruitingApplications, interviews, hiring progress, and candidates spending too long at a stage.
- OperationsIncoming requests, turnaround times, growing backlogs, and performance against service targets.

Why it matters
Registrations are tracking ahead of last period. Paid search is driving most of the gain; the email channel is below target.
How it works
A data change or scheduled check triggers the process. Your agent compares the latest figures with your goals and previous results, prepares the explanation, and alerts you to significant changes.
- New results
- Performance compared
- Dashboard and briefing refreshed
- Significant changes delivered
Walk into your next meeting or decision with the numbers and the explanation already prepared.
Keep up with what matters without rebuilding the research every week.
Have an agent check the websites, publications, and company updates you follow, record new developments, and bring you a briefing with links to the original sources.
What would you want it watching?
- MarketingCompetitor launches, changes to their messaging and offers, and developments in your industry.
- SalesProspect announcements, expansion plans, and leadership changes that could give you a relevant reason to reconnect.
- RecruitingHiring announcements, competitor job postings, and changes in the skills employers are seeking.
- Strategy and operationsSupplier announcements, product changes, and industry developments that could affect your plans.

How it works
A scheduled trigger starts the research. Your agent compares its findings with what it has already recorded, adds relevant developments to your research dashboard, and prepares a briefing explaining what changed and why it may matter.
- Scheduled research
- New developments identified
- Research dashboard refreshed
- Sourced briefing delivered
Stay informed with a running research dashboard and a briefing you can trace back to the original sources.
See what’s slipping before your next status meeting.
Have project changes turned into a current dashboard, a prepared status report, and follow-ups ready for review.
What would you want help keeping on track?
- MarketingA campaign launch where copy, design, approvals, and publishing depend on one another.
- Client servicesDeliverables, feedback, approvals, and deadlines across an engagement.
- OperationsA rollout involving training, documentation, equipment, and several teams.
- EventsSpeaker confirmations, promotion, materials, and preparation for the event date.

How it works
A recorded change in your project tracker triggers the agent. It checks connected milestones, prepares the status update, and brings blockers or decisions to your attention. Outstanding commitments can generate draft follow-ups for your review.
- Project change
- Connected milestones checked
- Dashboard and status report refreshed
- Decisions and follow-ups brought to you
See progress, blockers, and decisions in one project view, with a status update ready to review and share.

Set the rules once. When a matching email arrives, your agent starts automatically, with the results waiting where you already work.
What would you want handled as the email arrives?
- Client documentsSave incoming attachments in the right client or project folder and prepare an acknowledgment.
- Routine questionsFind the relevant approved guidance and prepare a reply in Outlook.
- Review requestsGather the relevant project context and prepare a response for you to edit.
- Incomplete requestsIdentify the details needed to proceed and draft a clarification email.

How it works
An incoming email that matches your rules triggers the agent. It carries out the filing or preparation you’ve configured and brings anything requiring judgment back with the context and draft response.
- Matching email arrives
- Agent starts automatically
- Filing or reply preparation completed
- Results ready for you
Open Outlook to replies ready for review, with documents filed and a concise update linking to the results.
BUILD 5 · YOUR OWN AGENT
Build around the work you’re ready to hand off.
Choose a recurring responsibility from your role and apply the patterns you’ve practiced.
That could mean preparing client onboarding materials, assembling an account briefing, coordinating an approval process, or tracking a performance measure specific to your team.
You’ll decide what triggers the agent, what it can handle, when it should involve you, and where its results should arrive.
Leave with your own agent and a repeatable approach to designing the next one.
Planned course builds. Final examples and software requirements will be confirmed before enrollment opens.

The course is self-paced, so you can work through a build when it fits your schedule and return to the steps as you practice.
Hand off the work. Keep the decisions that need you.
Your agents need clear responsibilities and clear limits. You’ll learn to decide which actions happen automatically, which results come back for review, and where alerts and results should arrive. You won’t have to keep checking multiple places. Important updates come to you with a direct link to what needs your attention.
- What triggers each agent.
- Which actions it can take.
- Which results require review.
- Where alerts and results arrive.
- When to pause or adjust it.

Will these builds apply to my role?
The course teaches four complete builds with patterns you can adapt. Performance tracking can apply to campaigns, sales, recruiting, or operations. Research can focus on competitors, prospects, suppliers, or industry developments. Your fifth build applies what you’ve learned to a responsibility from your own role.
Will I have to keep checking another dashboard?
The dashboards give you a view of the work. You’ll also learn to have important results, alerts, and decisions delivered with direct links, so you can go straight to what needs your attention. The Inbox Action Agent keeps replies ready for review in Outlook.
Do I have to start the agents every time?
You’ll configure triggers that start them automatically, such as a matching email arriving, a project record changing, or a scheduled research check. You decide the rules during setup and can adjust or pause them.
How is this different from scheduled prompts?
You’ll connect triggers, information, decisions, and actions into complete processes. An email can trigger filing and reply preparation. A project change can trigger a status update and a draft follow-up. Performance results can feed a dashboard, briefing, and alert.
Do I need to know how to code?
No coding experience is required. You’ll learn how to connect the steps in Copilot Studio through guided builds. You should be comfortable using Copilot and willing to practice, check results, and adjust your setup.
Do I need to take the Actually Use Copilot Challenge first?
No. This course stands on its own and introduces the Studio concepts used in the builds. Familiarity with Copilot will help. Challenge graduates receive the first invitation and special pricing.
What if I get stuck or can’t keep up?
The course is self-paced. Return to the demonstrations, written walkthroughs, starting instructions, and troubleshooting guidance while you work through a build.
What software do I need?
The course uses Microsoft Copilot Studio with Microsoft 365. The exact requirements will be shared before enrollment opens so you can confirm you have the necessary access.
When does it launch, and what does it cost?
The launch date and prices haven’t been announced. Join the waitlist and I’ll email the details when your early-access invitation is ready.
Does joining commit me to buying?
